Harvested and produced March 26, 2024 by Mr. Huang Bang Ming in Chixi Village, Ningde City, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Fuding Big Hair cultivar growing at 1,100 feet.

Steeping Instructions

3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 175°F | Steep 4 min. 

Traditional Steeping - Use 6 grams in a 150ml gaiwan with 175°F degree water.

• 10 second rinse - Discard
• 1^st Steep – 20 seconds
• 2^nd Steep – 10 seconds
• 3^rd Steep – 15 seconds
• 4^th Steep – 20 seconds
• 5^th Steep – 30 seconds
• 6^th Steep – 60 seconds
