Blue Butterfly Teapot (Kyūsu)

This side-handled teapot comes with a removeable stainless steel infuser that fits the entire inside of the teapot. 

Kyūsu means "teapot" in Japanese. It is a smaller style teapot with a side handle to make it easy to pour with one hand. They are most commonly used for steeping green tea like Sencha and Gyokuro.

This teapot is Mino Ware, a traditional pottery produced on Honshu Island in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Mino Ware is known for its wide ranging styles of kitchenware and is very popular in Japan.
