At TeaSource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose-leaf tea and tea-ware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your tea is still in its original, sealed packaging or that your tea-ware is unused and in its original box.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in a shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure prompt processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail the package to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
